Changing the title and the name of the animatronics doesn't remove the fact that it is still a replication of the original product. That just makes it a parody, which if I recall correctly, which I do, the own of the original product (Scott) can still have taken down.
If FN@F games are being taken down, the owner clearly doesn't want people to make them. Respect the owner's wishes. If the staff of Roblox allowed for the people of Roblox to create whatever games they so choose without reprimand, they can run into a copyright situation/ situation with the owners of the games being made and they can run into technical problems, which if escalates big enough (which it will), can cause Roblox to be shut down.
In short, respect the wishes. No fan-made games because they simply will be taken down. The only way out of this is to take the mechanic/thematic of FN@F, which in this case happens to be jump scares and horror, and make an entirely independent game that can be seen similar to FN@F, but not copy FN@F entirely.
