Dude, this is a quality vs quantity situation. lordnathan wants to be organized like other clans instead of havin 10,239 dudes who want to be spies for your clan(that's ridiculous, a clan full ofspies=tea partys) or simply think protection is in number. Its normal for a leader to make requirements for somebody to join his clan to be sure that his members will be good and useful.
