every1 would hav 2 take a dev test to get into roblox just to make sure they knew how to script and build and the test would hav to have lua related questions on it and then ud go into a building game and would hav to build a castle in 20 minutes

I'm guessing you're a dev then. And don't complain about stupid people if you haven't looked at yourself recently. And most of the professional devs started off not knowing how to script and learned as they continued to play. No support.
