Requirements to Join:
- Experience in law enforcement
- *Must be interviewed by Kumander+*
- Clean criminal record, respected by Rizali people.
- The willing ability to learn.
- Swear on an oath (during interview)
**General Rules and Regulations:**
= NUMBER 1 RULE = --- All officers are expected to be professional and mature while on duty, PROFESSIONALISM IS OUR NUMBER 1 RULE.
- Abuse of RNP tools will result in severe punishment.
- Officers must call their superiors either "sir/ma’am" or by their rank.
- Disrespecting civilians will result in your demotion or worse.
- Faces are NOT permitted.
- ALWAYS treat your fellow members with respect treat them as family.
- RNP must protect Rizali citizens at all costs.
- Treat the military and other branches with respect.
- Police brutality will result in your demotion and or exilation.
- Deadly force is a **LAST** resort.
- Killing anyone unarmed will result in your immediate suspension. If I threat is made proceed with caution. (Cadets will be exiled for a long time)
- You must write an arrest report for each arrest you make.
- You must tell the person that is being arrested their charges. Do not argue with them say their charges and arrest them. (You are under arrest for ...)
Guidelines:
- Try to go to as many trainings as possible so that you can learn about law enforcement and become a better officer.
- You must obey all laws and rules.
- RNP is not a joke and will be taken seriously, if you do not take it seriously you will be taken out of the police force.
- You must be at the city every other day atleast.
- We use basic police codes that you must know.
- Illegal discharge of a firearm will not be tolerated
- If you would like some extra help with anything in RNP feel free to talk to anyone, the Chief of Police will help you if you ask him. All you have to do is ask and you’re one step ahead of everyone.
- You must be kind and respectful to everyone, no matter what.
- You will not give your friends special treatment and you must do your job.
- You must report any illegal activity on the radio and the location/10-20, if you request assistance ask for it.
Police Codes:
- 10-20 = Location
- 10-4 = Copy that
- 10-8 = Beginning patrol
- Code 4= Situation under control (no further assistance needed)
- Code 2= Responding without lights and sirens.
- Code 3= Responding with lights and sirens.
- 10-9 = Stopping patrol (brb)

Situations where you may arrest:
- If a weapon either AKM or Mauser is seen. (make sure you tell them why you are arresting them unless you are in danger, like you are being shot at while you are arresting him)
- You are attacked by a weapon or a vehicle. (Always say why you are arresting them unless they are just driving away and you have them arrested)
- You are doing a traffic stop and the person starts running from you (Do not use a weapon EVER) use the taser and arrest the person, tell them why they are arrested, say on the radio "Code 4 suspect arrested")
- Someone is being smart and clicking the Mauser box, then saying goodbye. You may arrest them for criminal intent, it is also for your safety. They could quickly just press Take Mauser and kill you.
- Someone is insulting you, calling you out for random idiotic things you did not do. Ask them politely to please calm down. Tell them one more time. If they refuse tell them they will be arrested for domestic violence.
- If someone refuses to pull over after you have turned your lights on, switched your sirens on and off many times, and you have given them about 10-15 seconds to pull over to a safe spot. You may pursue them. Report it on the radio and request assistance. Always report your location even if you just say "In pursuit" then say like "church" it's fine.
- If someone is breaking the law, or is wanted and they refuse to pull over and has multiple people inside the vehicle if they do not exit the vehicle within a good amount of time during the chase they will be considered criminals aswell. It is not kidnapping because you can simple jump out of the vehicle.
