i think users should be able to create there own custom layout, (Just the home page) were you can just drag and put were you want your stuff to be! For example, i would put my feed at the top right and my recent played games at the bottom left, or how ever you would like it. also instead of a white backround users can choose from a few backrounds, but the backrounds are admin created. just like 5-10 backrounds. i think this would be great so i can make my home page more usefull!

I don't know... I would suggest customization of your background, but not changing the location of tabs and text boxes. Maybe as an OBC feature or paid feature?
