A Bill to See the True Side of Federal Workers
BE IT ENACTED BY THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
WHEREAS, Some departments/agencies use applications to accept people into them; and
WHEREAS, Proper training is not fully given to new employees and are given equipment directly once they are accepted in, which could cause abuse or improper techniques and skills for use on the field;
WHEREAS, Skills such as driving skills, firearm use, and procedures cannot be found through writing or verbal methods;
THEREFORE,
A. All departments and agencies using employing for jobs with skills requiring training shall be prohibited from using applications.
B. Self-made applications or resumes written fully by the applicant themselves shall be exempt from this legislation.
C. Applications shall be defined as a form or process in which the applicant receives his/her job in a fully written form.
SECTION 4. The Department of Labor shall enforce this bill.
SECTION 4. This bill shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

If it requires training, yes. It's stupid to fake your way through an application and expect the applicant to know everything about the job immediately, including tactical skills. |
