Didn't work. It downloaded the first one but the second one said that it was already installed. What do i do. I have Windows 10.

I tried both and it didn't work. First one downloaded fine but the second one said that it was already installed. What do i do I have windows 10 and i'm not going to re install it but when my BB (Big brother) visits me i will ask him to install windows 8 if this doesn't fix by it self.
