Hello by flashing in what way do you mean do you mean like the screen or buttons please be more discriptive

The whole screen, it all flashes random colors and black and white, and shows the hitboxes of things.

Oh god I have bad news my friend Roblox is entering a virus on your computer if you scan it and virus won't show up its probably the virus is also controlling the scanner or also caused by that try consulting a perfer signal computer repairer soon I'll have created my own repairing devices website I'll contact everyone soon when I'm done with it.
