The Excalibur Accords are designed for universality, but also to keep quick wars, rather than another 100 years war.
Article 1, The Basics
Subsection 1a
Non-rebellion Wars can last for 10 battles, unless said war is a rebellion, or a reenactment styled war.
Subsection 1b
Non-rebellion Wars can include the following tactics:
Sabotage
Line Combat
Breach Combat
Technology combat
Subsection 1c
Non-rebellion Wars can only be considered a war, if three leaders from both sides agree on said war.
Article 2, Rebellion Wars
Subsection 2a
Rebellion wars can be caused by a rebel uprising within a group, unless said group is peaceful and not considered a clan.
Subsection 2b
Rebellion Wars can include the following tactics, as well as tactics from 1b:
Spying
Assassination
Stealing
Paid Mercenaries
Subsection 2c
Rebellion wars can only be considered a war when the rebel forces attack the governments military in the following ways:
Assassination
Financial Sabotage
Technological Sabotage
Combat
Article 3, A Security War
Subsection 3a
Security wars can start when a unidentified group attacks the defending group, without using proper Excalibur Accords fashion.
Subsection 3b
Security wars can only use these tactics:
Capturing hostiles
Line Combat
Paid Guards
Interrogation
Subsection 3c
Security wars can only end after 20 battles at the same base.
Article 4, the definition of a clan.
The definition of a clan is in constant flux, however according to these accords, Clans must have a standing army (50+ soldiers), and cannot be a building/scripting/fan style group. A security division can count as a separate clan. |
