Sophie: I looked over my shoulder. "Huh?" I said. 'No.. it's nothing...' I thought. I looked back at the window, and saw my sword. I played with the ribbon and tried to take it off the sword. |

The Abyss loomed closer and closer... A deep, black scar in the otherwise immaculate sand. The one smudge in an otherwise perfect slate.
Long ago, Vor was a lush, tropical planet, land seldom seen. Something happened, and the ocean levels steadily began to decrease... Until nothing remained... Now, it was a desert planet, void of life.. Except for whatever creatures lurk inside the Abyss.. |

Nah'jil woke up, having dozed off for a short time. He rubbed his bleary eyes with his long fingers, and glanced out the window. Sunshine... Pristine Sand... The Abyss... He checks his pockets for his watch. 10:32... Behind Schedule... Drat drat... They would have to make up for that later... Now, he could only wait to for the shuttle to land... |
