A "random games" section on the front page

So, I was thinking, every week, there will be a new set of 10 "random games" on the front page, and I am not talking about the crappy games such as "can u escape shrek obby tycoon", im talking about good games like "Don't Blink"

Yeah, I would support this. As it'll give a small percentage of a chance to allow some of the "non-popular" kids be able to have their games there, and be-able to make a bit of TIX. :) I would have to edit the part: Only if the game's been updated within the last 7 days. Also, has less then XXX number of visits.

This wouldn't work. First it's not random if you hand pick them. And how could you justify if the game is good or not, it's up to the community to decide. And if a game was good, the developer would have no problem getting people to play.

That would be a very good idea! Like 5 random games from each genre on the front page, Because some people make really good games but they don't get noticed. For example, This RPG that is really fun to play but it's not noticed. It's well scripted and I personally love it http://www.roblox.com/Thunder-of-Bloxxloreia-RPG-0-1-2-Alpha-place?id=186141569 15 minutes on the front page for developers would give them a boost and motivation to keep developing their games. Who will agree with me?

Maybe the admins should, every day, Choose like for example 10 games and the community will decide which 5 of those games will go on the front page. That will be fair and will give a chance to the new developers because the ads arn't very effective, even if you pay lots of money on them. I'm waiting for other suggestions. We should make that a very importent matter for Roblox. It's something that the community of developers should want and I think the player would appreciate fresh games to play.

This makes no sense. The only way this could work is if you had a community vote. But if they did that, people would just vote already popular games, unless this game had to be new. But how do you justify if it's new or not.

What would make more sense is a "Featured" page. Showing hand picked games by I'm guessing some sort of moderator working for ROBLOX. Or by a community vote, not sure how that would work out though.

The featured page sounds good to me. But the games have to be chosen by the community not the admins and the critiria should be a relativly new and not popular game (past 6 months, for example.) and it can't be 100% free models.
