It may be similar dear user, But it's not. In group you can send messages to people who are in the group, This one can be sended even if he/she isn't in the group and is offline.

Support, maybe tag messaging. You can attach multiple names to one message. In the "To" bar it would say To: Player1, Player2, etc.
