❖ Upon this day the Locust Horde shall be ignored no more, we will smite the Empire that has stood idly, ignoring us as we scourged their lands, spilled their blood and crushed them beneath our boots. Vaktovia is nothing more than a stepping stone, a stone that shall be ground to dust as our armies march over it, the Empire itself shall be utterly decimated. The victories that we have secured upon Vaktovia were nothing more than tests, testing to see if Vaktovia had gotten rid of her cowardice, something that the Empire still clings onto. And now, our time has come, the Locust Horde will finally take action and cleanse Vaktovia of all her weaknesses, the fires of war shall burn before us as we watch the Empire fall. Should Vaktovia cower out of this as they have in the past, the Horde shall continue the slaughter, defeating Vaktovia as we've done in the past. We shall seize by force what Vaktovia has attempted to take from us, what they have hidden away from. We shall seize victory over the 'undefeated' Empire, rightfully claiming our place as the truly superior army and putting down the decrepit Vaktovia once and for all.
❖ The Horde is well aware of the spies that Vaktovia has planted within our ranks, however these serve as nothing more than a reminder of the cowardice that plagues Vaktovia. Showing that they would rather play petty games than become involved with something far greater than them, a war that would ultimately lead to their demise. These spies will enjoy the pleasantries of witnessing the Empire’s demise first-hand. All Locust who have previously been associated with the Empire shall be granted a rank known as refugee, this rank has no powers and shall be used to ensure their loyalty to the Horde throughout the war.

These victories were at the very heart of Vaktovia, and yet even then the Empire had trouble defending, refusing to call themselves to arms against the Locust that awaited them. Those that were brave enough to show up were quickly dispatched and slaughtered against the onslaught of the Horde. They were simply a taste for the Horde, an attempt to quench our blood-lust. Inevitably these victories shall reoccur, just as Vaktovia’s cycle has. However this time, the Horde shall stop the cycle, ending the Empire’s reign once and for all. As we stand upon the very ground that Vaktovia was built upon, we look towards the banner of red and black with one goal in mind: to render it useless.
❖Proposed Terms.
- The first side to 40 wins shall secure victory in the war.
- Both sides must shout in both the main, and sub groups for a defense. This is to ensure that both sides are at full force.
- Both sides are expected to defend their bases to the best of their ability. This means defending against any raids that occur.
- VAC shall count as ½(.5) of a defender, and H I V E shall count as 1 defender. VAK/V O I D members shall both count as 1 defender.
- Neither side may make any updates to their fort. Updates will be strictly prohibited and this term will remain valid throughout the war.
❖ Terms shall be open for negotiation, however Vaktovia is expected to finally muster up whatever courage they have left and fight against the Horde, this means to defend their homelands from the Horde’s onslaught, and to fight the Horde within the very caverns from which we came from. We will not tolerate another withdrawal, for Vaktovia’s cowardice has gone on for too long. On behalf of all those who Vaktovia has fled from, the Locust Horde shall finally put an end to it all. We shall march upon Vaktovia’s land, tear down her flags, desecrate and destroy all that stands in our path, and should they step foot upon our soil, they shall find their demise deep within the caverns of the Labyrinth. Do not take this light-hearted Vaktovia, for this isn't a threat, this is a war. On this day we begin our final conquest, all that we have defeated before us has lead up to this, and now it is time Locust. Time for us to end Vaktovia’s reign. To finally defeat the Empire that has plagued us for far too long. Upon this day Vaktovia shall drown itself with the blood of those who defend it, it shall burn before us, and we shall march upon Vaktovia until all that remains is a broken Empire.
