To protect the liberties that we citizens of the United States of America hold so dearly, I am informing the public and law enforcement that unreasonable searches and seizures are illicit. This being said, my fellow Americans, I strongly advise you to let it be known that illegal behavior on anyone's part is not right.
To defend what this country stands for so firmly, we must ensure our own protection and that of others by recording when you are illegally searched and/or seized for sufficient evidence against the perpetrators. Without reasonable cause, searches and seizures are not legal. With this, you should know that simply being swiped by a baton to rid your inventory of any possibly illegal weaponry is illegal itself without probable cause.
To quote the fourth amendment of the United States,
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

If you saw them actually take an illegal weapon or shoot an illegal weapon, by all means, arrest them - not simply swipe their inventory clean!
If you have probably cause to swipe someone, it's not illegal. If you're swiping someone based on hearsay, the law is with you less.
Can you give me a scenario where you would want to keep someone from running away/detain them without incarcerating them?

We must uphold the Constitution, the very foundation for democracy and freedom. Otherwise, we're hypocrites.
Don't call me out for telling you what the law is! Call on Congress to amend the Constitution if you really care that much. That would be doing things the right way, instead of skirting the law.

Coejoe, Sorry to break it to you, but usefulness of the Constuition in Roblox are different.
The core of protecting people from baton swiping: equalivent to the 4th amendment to the const. is useless due to the lack of materials and private items that baton swiping protects.
In short, there is no need to be afraid of baton swiping if you don't have anything to hide.
But in the real world, there is. It's called privacy. USA DC has little privacy. |

Nice I remember at NYC I bought legal guns from the gun store and the cops came up and swiped me for no reason and I lost the guns I just paid like 10K for. |

I understand your concerns, especially on how this is ROBLOX and not the real USA. Well, I linked you in the original post to the Constitution and its amendments on ROBLOX.
If you want to do something about it, amend the Constitution to repeal Amendment #4. Law is law, and in order to be fair and just, everyone must follow it. That doesn't mean the people cannot change it if that is what they want; they'll just need to press for an amendment to repeal Amendment #4.
