so i wear an RAT sweater to a training and some HR that takes himself too seriously changes me to look like this

To my knowledge that uniform is outdated. You either buy the uniform or you don't. I'm not very fond of them either but I still wear it when I need to.

I apologize if you thought that RAT didn't abide by a uniform policy. It exists, and whether your like it or not, people abide by it. Buying a T-Shirt and wearing it to a training with black and white body colors is a minimalistic change we ask you to take up as a member.
If you're unhappy with wearing any sort of uniform, then I'd have to unfortunately direct to other groups.
As for the complaining about the high rank, he had the permission to ask you to change. If you declined that request, he also had to right to change your character through admin.
Taking this to a forum was nothing short of immature, and I'll be keeping that in mind for the future.

what do you expect when you get a bunch of children and call them "the boss"
it's no different in the us active duty army there's children in NCO positions that i deal with on a daily basis
RAT is just geared for children so naturally there will be a few that arent mature enough to realize that roblox is a casual game geared for having fun |

That line is your responsibility for you to draw. If you think it's time to have fun, by all means, do so. If you think it's time for seriousness, then get serious. RAT offers events dedicated for fun, and some rolled out for intended seriousness among the members. But as stated previously, you ultimately control your own actions, not us.
We're not going to follow you around constant and point left or right depending on how you should be acting. We're giving you independence, use it to your own benefit.
As for him forcing the character change on you, you could have asked him to change it back if you did change into proper uniform later.
Sorry you had a hard time, but this was a horrible way of going about a possible solution to your issue.
