I am requesting that Congress would approve, and the President sign the use of alternate accounts in the CIA. These alternate accounts will be held privately for the protection of CIA Information, as well as the individuals who operate on them. People who will have access to the alternate accounts: President DNI CIA D CIA DD People who will have access to the names of the users of alternate accounts: President DNI CIA D CIA DD Directorate Leadership BENEFITS: If an agent on said alternate account is abusing, or is committing a reportable offense at the cities or on any duties, they will be 99% likely reported. This is beneficial, because in this case, the agent would have to attend court to face the charges. This will prevent the judge from having any bias against the agent, and will also prevent the person suing, from dropping charges because he is trying to protect himself of a job (such as the case of EconomicsMaster may report, but chose not to anymore just because he wishes to give Serpentar a job in a future campaign). In the case that the agent is found not guilty, he may resume his duties without his identity being compromised. In the case he is found guilty, I will release the information of the agent, stating his username, his rank, his directorate, and his time length of being with the agency. This, too, is beneficial, because it allows the CIA to be confidential, and the use of their main accounts for external countries in the case of dispute or investigation, without compromising the United States. This system would be extremely effective, and useful to the group. It is a large advancement for the CIA, but will definitely boost its measures of status in the field. Thank you. - Marinio | Director of the Central Intelligence Agency

If someone is found guilty in court, though, then nobody will know who they really are and they could get into other jobs.

Okay, but dont forget the alternative of the abuse council as well to report abusive CIA agents or anyone under the executive branch for that matter! (Not the POTUS or VPOTUS)

Sounds like a good idea. But if an agent is found guilty, and there info is released, what if they release sensitive material?

@Bill I did make mention of that. Look where it says: "In the case he is found guilty, I will release the information of the agent, stating his username, his rank, his directorate, and his time length of being with the agency." - Marinio | Director of the Central Intelligence Agency

@Laser, the CIA has an internal classification level program. In most cases, in the case of an agent leaking anything, he wouldn't know why he was doing what. In the CIA, we deliver orders, and agents follow them. The word "why" is not in our vocabulary. The only thing sensitive they could have a hold of is where they did what. Nothing more. - Marinio | Director of the Central Intelligence Agency
