apparently you can get ddosed for the silliest of things

so, a group is trying to annex my clan, and I refuse to war because we don't have enough members for it, so if I refuse the war, I get DDoSed and the group gets taken 4 that.. Great.. 10/10 community..

they can't take the group from you unless you give them your pq or you download something of theirs. they cant ddos you if you dont give them your skype, xfire.ect

nothing will happen, he's a nerd. he won't ddos you, just make a hate forum about him on C&G to really bash him. he can't ddos unless he has your Skype or xFire...etc.
