Make an invisible decal (.jpg file I believe and remove the entire background) and upload it. LocalScript - repeat wait() until game.Players.LocalPlayer game.Players.LocalPlayer:GetMouse().Icon = 'Decal asset here'

Yeah you'd need an invisible image. Also .JPG's can't be invisible, .PNG's can
