Use the spaceship to go to the moon and set up a space rock mining operation. Recruit four stormtroopers and send them to the moon on the spaceship.
Make more moon rocks. How's research on my flying(or maybe not flying, seeing how you didn't give birm planes) artillery troop, big resource collection unit, and gunpowder production?

Well then. We are now hostile to Grape and Tech. Build another factory and use most(but not all) of our remaining oil to produce more moon rocks. Put my general on the flying craft, and start researching a medic troop and a speedy elite troop.
Build a wall around our island. Station most of the defending troops on the wall, keep some back by the shuttle and at various places behind the wall as reserves.
