Uh the people that actually care for name snipes only show it off for a little bit before not caring at all
IF they were stupid enough to get a name snipe account banned, then that's their problem, and if they are quick enough, they can create a new account with the same name.

Uh, well, only one person would share it, and that's only if the user was terminated.
And quite frankly you can't do anything with that account once it's banned.

Let me make a little scenario clear, since you don't seem to realize that this isn't a very good idea.
1. Impersonation is definitely going to happen if this idea was approved.
2. Some players are most likely going to false report others to get them terminated and ultimately steal their name.
Do you think it's a good idea for players to false report others just so they can steal their name? No support. |

Reporting doesn't do much, and it's probably not going to result in termination. Most likely won't happen.
