But the European soccer storylines have grown boring to me, and are extremely repetitive. It's always Barcelona, Real Madrid, Munich, Man U, etc. with the occasional emergence of a Dortmund or an Atletico Madrid who wins a domestic title and goes far in the UCL. Of course, the quality of play is much better than leagues like the MLS, but I'd just much rather watch a league where it's not so top-heavy, and after half the season's over, there are only 2-3 teams realistically competing for the title. Anyone else feel this way or know away to get around this way of thinking?

One of, but not the primary reason, many reasons why I prefer international soccer/football over club soccer/football

I agree, i like american soccer because there isn't really a messi, neymar, or a ronaldo. Its kindof like college basketball and the NBA tbh
