So, I'm going to college near Chicago, and will probably end up living in Chicago at some point, so I'll become a Fire fan, but, I'm still holding on hope that St. Louis will get a team, and at that point I'd switch my loyalties (even if still living in Chicago) and that kinda stresses me out and I don't know why.

sorry but st. louis won't get a team they had their chance to be in the discussion for expansion multiple times over the last 5-7 years, but their lower division teams kept collapsing you should support St. Louis FC in the USL though

You move, and automatically adopt the hometown team?

I think about this every day seeing as how I want to move to Seattle possibly. I think you should just like both teams, that's what I'd do.

I am supporting St. Louis FC, they're playing their first preseason game IN my hometown in about two weeks. And Prae, I'll go to a few games and become a fan naturally, I know how it'll work. The same for the Bulls, I don't really care now, but I'll end up liking them, probably. I'm still going to be a Cardinals, Packers, and Blues fan, no matter how long I live in Chicago.
