#1. No diving behind the line of scrimmage. (Even if its a handoff)
#2. No passing after you pass the los. (full lateral)
#3. No showboating.
#4. For kicking off and kick return, you must go all the way back YOUR Touchdown.
#5. No unsportsmanlike conduct (fighting, name calling, cheating, hacking/exploiting, etc.)
#6. No raging if you lose.
#7. Don't post any bad things or unnecessary things on the wall or shout them.
#8. No abuse of admin.
#9. All head coaches and assistant coaches HAVE to have admin. Also coordinators.
#10. Have fun.
#11 Remember practice makes perfect.
#12 Don't steal anybody's formations or plays.
#13 Have a great season!
#15 If some stadiums have it you are able to double jump.
#16 If you are a WR or CB you can dive to get somewhere by covering someone or trying to do a route.

Penalties and Flags

-Diving behind los -> 5 yards upwards. If its a automatic first down.. move the chains.
-Passing after the los (full lateral) will result in a 5 yard penalty which causing the los to move backwards.
-Unsportsmanlike conduct -> Being ejected (if it continues 3 times), result in a 15 yard penalty.
-No admin from another HC? Just tell someone who has it to give it to you (if they can)
-Hacking/ Exploiting will result in being suspended from 2-3 games (depends on how much you do it.)
