In ROBLOX Hat Creator, you get to make your own hats out of parts, like the dominus wings, shapes, fire, colors. You should also get given the priority to be about to curve the parts and make the hat how you want it. But, you would need to pay 100rs for some more exclusive features such as the non-basic colors, create your own shape and Dynamic Lighting. After you have published it (For 100rs) It will be sent off over 5 layers of review Layer 1: The Design Layer 2: The Shading Layer 3: The Description Layer 4: The interior Layer 5: The Price And if it passes all 5 layers of review, it would get published one day in the future and the creator gets payed 1,000 robux.
