They have been there the whole time... They didn't remove decals and audios.

What are you talking about? Audio and decals have been around for a long time, there is no reason to remove them. Check your internet connection. I'm noobtastic

they are in develop>>library check ur internet connection you either might have a: Poor connection (http request hard to recieve and send) Websense/other website blocker (Blocks the http request) Http request failed (Confirm by pressing F9 ingame)
