HRs should be hosting at least 1-2 events in a week. (Hosting 0 times for one week doesn't mean a demotion, it means you better host next week.)
If you don't host for 10+ days expect a demotion some time soon. Don't make excuses if your demoted, you were inactive face your demotion. If you continue you to complain you'll be demoted further.
An HR who continues to host and host in a week, will be rewarded by me.
Pm me your excuses for your inactivity, I'm not accepting 7+ days of "Excused inactivity"
