My friend can't play games?

When my friend tries to join a game, he just enters like it is banned mode. He has contacted administrators but they are saying they can't answer until Wednesday. My friend needs to get it sorted by Tuesday. What might be the problem?

You mean game shutdown? 1. Obviously admins are busy fixing these issues... 2. Is it really important to play a game by Tuesday? Just do what other say when there is a problem, Reinstall, Cookies, Cache
