Just close out the ROBLOX tab and reopen it. Or shutdown your computer.

I don't know how to fix it on the iPad, sorry. All I can think of is deleting the ROBLOX App and re-installing it.

Simple! Plan A: Re-install roblox Plan B: restart your PC Plan C: play from a different internet browser or play on studio Hope I helped ;)

If its on ipad, Its either your ipad is too weak to run the game or your internet is too weak or the game is too damn big. Hope I helped ;)
