"What times do you need to be mature" Not the kind of mature like "Stay silent in line, any movement will result in a demotion or exile depending on how far you moved." The kind of maturity like when you've been proved wrong and don't flip out acting like you're still right. Not military grade maturity, just common mature behavior I guess.

I think clans that have fun vs. clans that don't is a better way to look at it than just immature or mature. I've been in clans that were a more mature community that were just as fun; they were just more respectful than most clans because they were from an older age group.

Well you're auto promoted past first rank if you join and own the uniform, then pm a hr (best if you pm me) Then you can probably convince a hr to promote you up the next rank if you've been in in the past for a reasonable amount of time and are capable of listening/fighting
