Hello EMS here is why I want to be your Instructor.
Part one a bit about me- hello I'm TheIceShifter I have been on for the past 4 years I am kind and don't like abusers and corruption . I have been in EMS for 6 months now and I'm very active. I would like to make the trainees dreams come true of being an paramedic!
What I would do to make EMS better!
I would attend tryouts with the instructors to keep an eye on them I would make sure they are doing the correct job and not abusing, I would promote people as soon as I get an instructors pm. I would help people have an experience that they never forget whist being in this group!! I would not have favouritism as I don't find that helpful.
Part 3 why should you pick me?
I would make sure that ever instructor hosts at least once a week. I would be firm but fair. I don't tolerate disrespect or abusing my colleges. I would also so regular tryouts I would not make it too long and boring, it would be short and fun. I will not make you do hard things if you are not that ability. I would answer PMs immediatly.
Part 4 a bit about FD - I would host frequent FD tryouts which would be not to not be to full but have the right amount of people for pairs. People who mess around are just time wasters and can go waste their own time. I will not admin abuse, however I will use the word kick/ban after several earings. If you are suspended I would get someone who suspended you to show evidence/pm you why they have made this decision so you know why you are suspended instead of not having a clue. I would propose your ideas and suggest to our director.
Part 5 -the last part.
The motto I work on is work hard play hard, I work on this because there can be good times for humor but there are some times for being serious. I have a dream that most trainees can become EMS and serve to toss and city well I have a dream today.
