══─────────╡[I - Introduction]╞─────────══
Essentially, this guide will probably answer multiple commonly asked questions and give you a more detailed overview of how certain things are ran in Dunkin' Donuts. The guide is aimed at people who are new to Dunkin' Donuts in order to explain to them our basic expectations and how they should deal with certain matters; people who don't bother reading these excessively important guides usually get far behind in their work and additionally have trouble when it comes to basic group knowledge if they manage to work their way up the group. Low ranks are recommended to read this entire guide and absorb most of its information.

══─────────╡[III - Points]╞─────────══
Points are most importantly a factor to determine how hard you've work and if you should get promoted. Points are simply earned by serving customers; each customer that you successfully serve earns you one point. Unfortunately, glitching can occur and if we suspect that your points have been glitched in someway, you will not getting promoted.
Serving a customer successfully means without any glitches and with the correct item. If you serve a customer the incorrect item, instead of receiving a point - you lose a point. If you're unsure of a recipe, then use the handbook to locate the cookbook which shows a step-by-step process of making any item on the menu. Practice should be regular.
Help should always be given to you if you ask for it. Most importantly - if you need it. Ask any Baristas or Senior Baristas present to help you out if you're struggling on a certain thing behind the counter.
A maximum of SIX workers should be behind the counter at once, ensure that's always in-effect. Remember to always serve the customers successfully and quickly and to always use grammar - furthermore, being respectful, polite and patient helps. If a rule-breaking customer or a troll is present at your counter, inform a high rank immediately.
══─────────╡[IV - Events and Accessibility]╞─────────══
Middle ranks and high ranks regularly host events, however, sometimes they're not for low ranks - you must take that into consideration.
Cafe - free for everyone to join at any time.
Interview sessions - free for all group members to join unless they're late.
Meetings - only for middle ranks, sometimes high ranks. No low ranks allowed.
Training - free for all group members to join at all times. You can use the training center any time you want to increase your skills.
One colossal issue we've recently been experiencing is low ranks refusing to leave if they're late, if they've broken a few rules or if they're just simply told to leave. Once you're told to leave by a high rank, you do it or you get punished. That has now been made clear. You'll be asked nicely at the start, however, if you refuse you'll be punished severely.
If you refuse to leave simultaneously you'll be banned for a certain amount of time from the place you've been asked to leave from. The same goes for rule-breaking. An exploitation is an auto permanent Trello ban.
══─────────╡[Uniforms]╞─────────══
When on-duty at the cafe you should always wear the appropriate uniform. Although it is optional for everyone, it is highly recommended as it raises professionalism and recognition. Below are the links to the official Dunkin' Donuts uniforms; assure you buy the ones that correspond with your rank.

When working behind the counter there's a uniform giver anyway, because you must wear uniform when behind the counter. Simply reset to get it off once you're done working if you wish.
══─────────╡[Promotions]╞─────────══
We've reached the gigantic section of this beginner's guide.
READ CAREFULLY, LOW RANKS.
Firstly, to get promoted from customer to trainee [1] you must attend an interview session and pass. If you pass, it will take 24-48 hours to rank you up, however, if you're not ranked by then DO NOT complain about it on the wall or in-game. Send a message to any CSO (NOT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE A LOWER RANK THAN CHIEF STAFF OFFICER)explaining that you've been interviewed and that you've passed (make sure to include your interviewer's full username) and they will rank you up shortly.
To get promoted to trainee [2] and [3] you must work excessively hard at the cafe serving our customers. Earn 75 points to be promoted to trainee [2] and 150 points to be promoted to trainee [3]. Yet again, do not ask for a promotion on the wall. Ask for a promotion in-game if a CSO is present. If none are, send them a message with EVIDENCE OF YOUR POINTS USING A SCREENSHOT, then you'll be promoted shortly. Patience is a great virtue.
Once you've achieved trainee [3] you may fill out a corresponding application found in the handbook for either Barista, Senior Barista or Interview Assistant. Yet again, only message the application to a CSO+.
Any promotion requests on the wall will be deleted sooner or later and you'll be punished if it persists. Begging for ranks is prohibited. Rank skipping is additionally prohibited.
══─────────╡[Summary]╞─────────══
You've now reached the end. Hopefully this has been an exceedingly helpful guide and now you're ready to start working.

I sent an application before I read this, and I now realize that I've made a mistake:
