Then please do upload them. And, it depends on who you ask. Personally, I prefer the term 'development' more-so than reforms. We're constructing a whole new line of facilities for our usage, new uniforms, guides, training methods and tactics, HCOM, etc. Fun stuff. It's running very smoothly, in case you're wondering. Should be done pretty soon.
