Dear Baskin Robbins,
We have been through some very tough times. Let me share some beliefs of our fall.
Baskin Robbins used to be the top in its class, it was one of the best groups on ROBLOX. We had so much fun, we started with around 1000 members, and look where we are now. To be honest, greed took over, not just me, but our employees. Ranks were sold, scamming happened.
Thats going to stop. Baskin Robbins is going to be a profit-free group. Yes, we do need profit, but we are not going to focus on it like we have before. No more BC servers for a while, we can have occasional ones, but not every day.
Lets talk about staff members. Many great staff members have been fired. Reason? Jealousy, dislike, and other things. Staff members are NOT going to be demoted based upon personal relationship. That means if you don't like him/her but him/her preforms well, it doesn't matter, get over it. Thats mainly for you HR's who can rank.
Friends will not be promoted, doesn't matter if your the president and your friend is good. Hes not stealing other people's slots for an HR.
