In the distant year of 2054, [Congregation of United Civilians] CoUC have begun creating new cities and outposts of ("-" is through) California - Georgia, parts of Japan, Iran - Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Norway and parts of Russia.
Meanwhile [Rebellion of Cade] RoC have begun invading those outposts themselves, and building some in Washington D.C, Russia and China.
[Henry's New Legion] HNL have sprouted in Sweden, where they grow exceptionally. The rest of the world is in panic (Riots, nuclear explosions, etc.) and these factions must rise and control the world to reduce panic and restore order.
