Owners of a place should be allowed to delete comments on their game, they can delete all of the negative ones such as Spam, Rude Judgement...etc. It would be easier and better for the owner, thus leaving the owner to read poitive comments on their place.

No. They would get rid of all bad feedback. If its a really sucky game, they get rid of bad comments and people think its good.

What AN00B said I usually look at comments to see if it is a good place or not. If there are only good comments, I will confuse myself into going. If comments are disabled, I don't go. Good places allow feedback
