I picked all these cars because I really hate western cartoons and make the western cartooning look bad and feel bad about themselves. Artists in general are underpaid. You're just proving my point by listing this. Most make between $30,000 to $60,000 a year. The famous ones included but not limited to J.G. Quintel, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, C.H. Greenblatt, Craig McCracken and Pendleton Ward make around $100,000 to $500,000 a year. Pendleton and Craig probably make more, but it truely depends. 10% of cartoonists make $60,000 so that should tell you a lot. The point is that you really shouldn't judge them based on what country they make shows in. At least they are doing a job they like rather than something they hate. Landing an animation job is hard as it is. These are the select few who made the cut. I'm pretty sure Japan pays the anime creators a lot less than what American ones do.
