Well, they could buy it, it would work as an invisible hat then you could select two hats to put on. 2 hats/gear= 20 ROBUX, 3 = 30 and so on. Thats What I think would work good.

I agree, it wouldnt be a glitch if they did, but there is a place quite a few people have been visiting lately that uses hats, so making it a feature would break that game.
