well lets talk the good stuff right now lets NOT hate kids right? like lets think of all the cool hats that will be created but you know hackers can hack it...true but you know creating your roblox man shouldn't be so hard but its how he wanted it and also one more thing that's bad...people that make innapropiate and scary hats it will be stuck in real peoples head...forever

I am pretty sure even bc/obc/tbc cant make hats or faces anymore... Only roblox because I cant find anything besides pants/shirts/t-shirts by bc members.

@PenguinCatThing Meshes are possible to make now you know that right? go to Develop>Library>Meshes and then It'll pop up with alot of meshes. Ik that you posted that in 2015 but i just wanted to let you know this anyway -My Thoughts on this topic- I honestly have no support over this mainly because I think ROBLOX should keep making the hats/faces because so little kids can't make um..... lemme see a um Dil** hat i mean come on no 18+ Stuff.. Also it would just be haywire everything would just be For free or an insanely big amount of robux depending on the person who made the item... then the catalog would be full of stuff that aren't from ROBLOX or any of the Admins/Moderators and Then no more hats or faces would be bought for a while...

well I can agree on the comments above about the kids making oding hats but from my personal experience the creations shall be seen and reported so I don't think this will be that of a problem.
