Roblox doesn't have enough to make a new HQ in Canada, and it would cost more because more workers.

Roblox can't just build another building or start a new office... And Roblox is a pretty small site I don't think they can afford to go to Ottawa. All the BC money goes to paying their workers, also what use would the other building have?
