D150 when using Memory Viewer. 256 different possible values and they can be changed whenever you want using it, from letters to numbers to environment blocks. Requires VBA or VBA-M and a ROM of Red/Blue. I don't know if it applies to Yellow.

Also, the name address seems very close to the Pokemon menu-related addresses.
