Dear ROBLOXIANS,
INTRODUCTION:
Have you ever gotten banned, warned or get moderated by a ROBLOX Admin(s). If you do not know what I mean, go to you're account, then moderation history. It will tell you all the thing you broke the rules. Well my idea is to get you're bans and warning removed for a cost. Us ROBLOXIANS regret when we break a rule and don't wanna be banned. We always feel bad when we are banned.
Did you know when you reach a certain amount of ban and warning, you're account will be deleted?
Guess what happens when you're account is deleted.... you don't guess! You create another one but you lose everything you have and that not fun! I never met someone that had their account deleted and doesn't create a new account, never met someone who just care about their ban and never plays again.
So ROBLOX? What is you're point. We can create a new account.
Nobody is perfect. I did some calculation but those are not exact but this is my estimation 95% of users getting a warning.
SUGGESTION:
My suggestion is to pay to remove you're current moderation history, but if you get banned again or warned you must pay again. That way ROBLOX can earn money.
CONCLUSION:
Everyone will eventually get warned and break a rule on ROBLOX. So this is why this is a good idea.

if you've done something wrong, you should feel bad about it.
also, this could be abused by scammers wanting to use DevEx. they could remove their scamming history and use DevEx then(as you can't use DevEx with a moderation history of scamming.) |

A few things with this:
1) If you break a rule, it should be permanent, you cant just pay to be above the law, you have to suffer the consequences if you break a rule.
2) If you mess up so bad, so many times, that your account gets deleted, you should not be playing the game, you do not get to have your stuff back, no matter what it is. If you do something that warrants everything being deleted, you did something so wrong that you are not supposed to be able to get any of your stuff.
3) If you get your account deleted you are lucky you didnt get it deleted + got an IP ban so you couldnt make a new account again.
4) You did not do any caculations to see how many users get warnings, there is no way for a regular user to see what the rate is of users getting warnings, unless you asked 1000+ people to get a very rough estimate, thats just a plain lie.
Not everyone breaks the rules, some people are not dumb enough to do things that would get them warned/banned, and if you are, you deserve the punishment that you get, and you do not get to pay for a ¨get out of jail free¨ card. |

I really hate the moderation system. I just have no love for it, especially the auto-moderation. I have one or two warnings for "breaking" a ROBLOX rule.
One of them being from "Sharing personal info on ROBLOX" because I coincidentally typed a 10 digit number for an exaggeration for something. I don't remember what, but it had nothing to do with a ph0ne number. THEN, I added a 11th digit because I realized that was ph0ne number length (realized that when I couldn't post it because it was "breaking the rules"). Forgot about 1-800 numbers, so I came back to the computer one morning to find a warning. qq
While that is an issue, this is a terrible solution for it. |

Yeah but remember, that people can scam and create another account heh?
Basicly, any scam related or money scam, should be ban and not removed but for other bans for example swearing and ODing or being rude, should just be removed once you pay. |

You need OBC to use DevEx. LIFETIME OBC. And how would they get their robux back? our logic is flawed, Misternix. |
