ip is a computer adress. you can use diferent computers. they have different IPs. and 1x1x1x1 is what we call him. he could be anyone, even youre best friend

1x1x1x1 Isn't a hacker anyways , He's an exploiter. He's Probably Just a really Low-Life nerd who didn't have anything better to do. Don't you think he used all his computers already? His Reign was pretty long.
