External Protocol Request

I've tried many things when the Request didn't appear. I re-installed chrome and even tried it with Firefox. It just doesn't show up! Sometimes out of the blue a game actually loads but for some reason and at times it doesn't. Why doesn't Roblox fix this? Do they know? So many players have this problem! I just wish there was an easy way to contact them about this sort of stuff.

Mine lets me click play but it just redirects me to the Roblox Games page.

i have the same issue. i've saved my choices for chrome a while ago and don't even have internet explorer anymore due to an update. Is this happening to you?
