I can't figure out what's happening, but, I'll tell you what happened before this.. (Skip this if you just wanna get to the problem) Okay, So, On December 17th, 2014, My family PC (It was running Windows 8.1, It had 6 GB of RAM, and it was an Acer Aspire. I forget what model, though. ;c) was experiencing Monitor problems (The monitor would randomly turn off while I was playing games, and even when nobody is using the computer). On December 21st, the monitor finally stopped working entirely. I called my dad into the room, and he tried to fix the monitor. He forgot to turn off the PC when he unplugged and plugged in the Monitor, and we hadn't realized it until it was too late. Long story short, The PC broke, too. We got a new PC on Christmas day, Still an Acer Aspire, and still running Windows 8.1, But this one has 4 GB of RAM. We kept the old hard drive from the PC that stopped working, and the Hard drive was okay. We put the old hard drive in the new PC about a week after we got the PC, and I discovered that I can't play ROBLOX... (Problem info here) ROBLOX hangs/Freezes whenever I try to play a game, It does the same thing for every user on the PC. I tried re-installing ROBLOX, and it still does the same thing. Is it because of the RAM difference? Could anyone help me? I would really appreciate it. Thanks to anyone who can help.

The thing is, I can play games when the hard drive that came with the newer PC is being used in the PC, but I can't play games when the older one is in the PC, so I don't think it's the RAM usage. But I'll try it anyway.

Hard drives are kinda funky that way. Typically, in my experience, if you take a hard drive, and install it into another computer, it does not work. It's actually quite surprising you managed to boot the computer at all. You have reinstalled.... I was going to suggest that, The 4 gigs of RAM wouldn't do anything. I managed to run ROBLOX on, I believe one gig, back in my day. So, four gigs should work fine. The only thing that I can even think of right now, would be to get a backup of all your user files, documents, pictures, etc, switch out the hard drive again to the new one, or, reinstall the one you're using, then re-load all your files again. That should resolve the problem, but, it is a dramatic step to take.
