"Get Lucky" by Daft Dunk
"Lose Yourself to Dance" by Daft Punk
"Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars
"Treasure" by Bruno Mars
Here's to hopes and dreams that the '70s and '80s are revived in our culture. |

nope, it will not come back
Daft Punk's album was good but their older stuff is great and I would say better than this album of theirs (Homework is a great album) |

And I guess "Suit & Tie" could fit into this "nu-disco" genre as well. |

"nope, it will not come back"
Oh, but it's already started! You can't stop the groove, man! |

I find electronic to be better anyway |

Yeah a few songs out of the hundreds of other ones being created
it's not coming back and Daft Punk's album is weak in the disco genre (good album, not their best) |

"No, we need our own pop culture."
Well, frankly, our pop culture today is a blend of previous generations'. But, because of that, it's a distinct culture in its own right.
But yeah, I still think it's coming back. |

nope sadly |

You don't think so? Not even with the comeback of classic '70s songs in the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack? Personally, I think there's too many examples of a '70s-'80s revival for it to all be a mere coincidence. |

@TaiWolf, not really, listen to anything by Jason Derulo, Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony, or even One Direction's newer songs and I am right. |

Well, of course not every artist in the music industry is going to produce the same style of music. Granted, "nu-disco" isn't nearly as popular as the pop music you hear on the radio (and it may never achieve that status), but I'm holding on to a thread of hope that it will at least become mainstream for a little while. |
