Roblox gameplay error!!

I've had this problem all day where when I play a game my clothes and face do not show up. It shows up for other people but for me nothing appears. I also have this problem where I can't hear music I play but I can hear other people's music. I tried uninstalling and Reinstalling but it didn't help one bit. Can anyone help me.

That is actually a bug, not an error. I saw a screenshot where I cannot see people's clothing, face and hat but it shows up for other people. Some people are having this and they are trying to reinstall but it did not help. We will check when this gets fixed.
