"Introduction: There has been many situation where an agent had to relieve themselves, but there isn't a proper place for that agent to do so.
Section 1: All training places and NUSA maps will have a restroom installed.
Section 2: If an agent ask to use the bathroom you cannot limit that agents time in the bathroom, and you cannot deny that person's request.
Section 3: If a department place doesn't comply with this law than that department will be punished.
Conclusion: With the Developers consent this bill is possible, and it will stop abuse on people, and it will force abuse on toilets. Its not right for a robloxian to be forced to hold their waste inside of them.
