Seeing "External Protocol Request" dialog?

Are you seeing a new dialog when you click Play? Don't worry, this is totally normal. We're trying out a new way to launch games in Google Chrome. You can read more about it here: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/204495180-ROBLOX-Chrome-Update-2015 All you need to do is check "Remember my choice for all links of this type" and click "Launch Application". Your game should launch, and you shouldn't see that dialog again.

Yea but now I can't even join games, It just says, "Rquesting Server," Then never works, This happened at the worst time too! I finally get something good in a group and I have to go for an interview, etc. And now Im demoted because I missed the Interview, D:

It Still works, but it gave me a scare because it appeared after my computer crashed. How will Roblox change on Chrome In the Future?

People who are saying "I can't join any games". Can you give more details: - What happens when you click a "Play" button? - Are you on a Mac or PC? What version of OSX or Windows are you using? - Are you using Chrome? Can you get into game using a different browser (eg: Safari, Internet Explorer)? Thanks for your help.

@Tobo I have this problem with playing ROBLOX, which might make me quit. For some reason, everytime I try to play ROBLOX, it makes this install page (I un-install and re-install), and it says "Close all instances on google chrome". I don't know whats the problem, but I can't play any games.

@DXZombie: You need to close all of your Chrome browser windows (And quit Chrome, if you're on a Mac) before continuing installation. If you have any Chrome desktop apps (like Hangouts), you may also need to shut them down by (on windows) right-clicking on the Chrome tray icon and selecting "Exit Google Chrome". @Steven: We are slowly rolling out the changes to all Chrome users, but we're trying to help people and make improvements as we go. That way we aren't overwhelmed with questions and problems. You'll see it soon!

PLEASE HELP I've been trying for hours today to figure this out. Every time I click play on ANY game on ANY browser, it wants me to install it, so I do. It has gotten to the point where I have a RobloxPlayerLauncher (26).exe in my downloads folder... Then it tells me to 'Check remember my choice' on a dialogue box, but this dialogue box never shows up, making me unable to do anything but stalk people's profile's. Please help!
