What is the difference between an RBXMX file and a RBXM file

I know that RBXMX files use XML, but I don't know which one is better for a specific use, ie. faster, less glitchy, etc, so I need help as to which one I should use. (☞ຈل͜ຈ)☞ Weeaboo, OTer, and Catgirl all in One!

Both work the same, RBXM is pretty much an encrypted version of the RBXMX file, and is smaller.
