Also Mochall, we wouldn't be calling you Power Hungry if you would've stayed in your former departments, (Anesthesiology, Neuro, Trauma) It's the fact that you applied for both Neurosurgery and Pediatrics DAH, plus you are rude so. That's why we don't like you.

That was so emotional 😢😢 I am sorry for your mom I will make sure to keep her in my prayers. For those who say he is power hungry are so wrong for that he may have switched a couple of times but be honest if this was real right now and you saw a position for a promotion you all would apply he is just switching departments that is all. And you HR's are supposed to be the top dogs you're supposed to support any decision here at RGH he is not resigning he is not demanding he is just trying to get you guys to understand where he is coming from.He just wants the best for RGH thats all thats not power hungry all of yall were at this point before amd you know it so stop putting all your flaws on him and let him have his position back because that is just plain childish and unprofessional and uncalled for. That is just my opinion and opinions.

I know and you all know that this should not NOT be happening in an Professional work place for a person to literally have to write a thread like this means someone screwed up and it wasnt him.Come on now people he is just trying to help RGH grow like the rest of us.He is not power hungry admit it all of you and I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU were at a point like this before admit it you were at a point like this in real life if you saw an higher positon that is available you would apply now maybe some thought it was not right but really people its just a department gosh stop acting like he is resigning or he is demanding his position back he is just wanting to help RGH grow and develop like all of us so stop the foolishness and childish,unprofessional, and uncalled for and just give the man his position. Sweet baby jesús the comma game is not strong. I think the extremists with the #REMOVEMOCHALL are absurd, though I am not experienced enough in this situation to give you a fair opinion. I can say that this should definitely be looked into to have a fair ruling.

Well er....ChemicallyReactive said herself {sorry for involving you chem e.e} that you were about to switch to a department for DAH... and you applied for every HR position you could get.....you litearlly PMed me right after i wrote my essay asking if you could be my DAH if you got DH....i am sorry but my vote~Power Hungry ~Unleashed

I don't think you should have switched. It looks like you were power hungry there. I cannot give any other reason why you were voted off.
